Our building inspections provide a complete inspection and survey service, including structural surveys, building reports, and moisture testing reports. Our inspections utilize the latest moisture testing equipment, able to identify ingress areas or confirm a structure’s weather tightness.
We provide a full written report, not a tick box version. Our inspections and reporting are in accordance with NZS 4306, the NZ Residential Standard and by accredited building surveyors under the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand. The standard calls for expert inspections of all building components as identified within the standard.
Issues present or at risk are photographed and where appropriate examined with thermal imaging (infra-red) cameras and density moisture meters.
